Effective October 1, 2026
These terms apply to the ThermPort app and to thermport.com. By installing or using ThermPort you agree to them. "We" means the developer of ThermPort.
You may not resell, share or publish license keys; circumvent or disable the trial or license checks; redistribute the app; or reverse engineer it except where the law expressly permits.
Orders are processed by Lemon Squeezy as the merchant of record under its own terms. Prices are in US dollars; applicable taxes are calculated at checkout. Because the full app can be tried free for 14 days, we ask that you evaluate it before buying. If ThermPort does not work on your Mac as described, write to sales@thermport.com within 14 days of purchase and we will refund the order.
ThermPort reads hardware sensors through the interfaces macOS provides. Readings are indicative and can differ from other tools or from Apple's own diagnostics. ThermPort is read-only: it does not control fans, change power limits or alter your Mac in any way. It is not a safety device and must not be relied on to protect hardware.
ThermPort is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to ThermPort is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights that the law does not allow to be limited, including statutory consumer rights in your country.
If you breach these terms, your license ends and you must stop using ThermPort. Sections on restrictions, disclaimers and liability survive termination.
We may update these terms; the current version is always available at thermport.com/terms with its effective date. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
